- 10+ years experience with software quality assurance testing
- 5+ years experience developing test automation strategies
- hands-on experience with industry standard testing tools and test automation software
- a successful track-record of leading Quality Assurance teams through process improvements and through testing tool implementations
- the ability to guide the client‘s transition from manual process to automation
